Parental leave
We provide support to our new parents and their expanding families with our paid Parental Leave policy, offering up to 16 weeks of paid leave. This policy is provided in addition to statutory benefits in each region.
Floating Public Holiday Leave
With a wide range of backgrounds and belief systems that exist amongst our team. In recognising that existing public holidays do not reflect all religions, cultures and beliefs, we offer the opportunity to swap up to two public holidays per year for another day of personal significance.
Family and Domestic Violence Support
Family and domestic violence is an often unspoken and hidden issue, and it can happen to anyone. Workplaces play a vital role in preventing and responding to family and domestic violence. Support in various forms is offered to all Whispir employees, employees based in Australia who may be experiencing family and domestic violence, can access up to 10 paid leave days per annum.

We support remote and hybrid working at Whispir and we encourage you to choose what works best for you. We provide remote employees with an initial payment to setup their home office and then an ongoing allowance to cover incidental expenses.
