Whispir continues to expand its channel partnership with leading business cloud communications provider Vonage (Nasdaq: VG), taking out the Vonage 2020 APAC Partner of the Year award.

Whispir held off a strong field of 80 partners to be named Vonage’s 2020 APAC Partner of the Year at this year’s Vonage API Partner Awards. Whispir also took home the Best Implementation for Logistics award.

The Whispir/Vonage partnership delivers accelerated growth and joint pipeline opportunities through product integration, customer referral and co-marketing demand generation.

Leveraging Vonage’s voice, video and messaging APIs, Whispir’s platform enables businesses to rapidly manage, automate and optimise their communication processes to seamlessly engage with customers without requiring IT expertise.

Commenting on the awards, Whispir CEO Jeromy Wells said, “Whispir is honoured to be recognised by Vonage as their 2020 APAC Partner of the Year. Our collaborative partnership enables organisations to easily implement and utilise Vonage’s industry-leading APIs to engage with stakeholders in their preferred communications channel at scale and without developer expertise.

“Vonage is an important channel partner for our business and we look forward to continuing to leverage our complementary technologies to solve communications challenges for new and existing customers.”

“We congratulate Whispir in recognition as our Vonage 2020 APAC Partner of the year”, said Carl Borchardt, APAC Head of Partners for Vonage. “Our partnership with Whispir brings highly innovative and agile communication workflows to our clients seeking rich and meaningful multi-channel journey experience with their consumers.”

The Vonage/ Whispir partnership provides access to Vonage Messages API that includes social apps like SMS, WhatsApp and video services via the Whispir platform, enabling more personal and meaningful interactions between businesses and their customers.
