Whispir (ASX: WSP) has been recognised as one of Australia’s top 60 technology companies, included in the prestigious S&P/ASX All Technology Index.

Launched in February 2020, the S&P/ASX All Technology Index covers innovative technology- related industries that meet stringent eligibility criteria including market capitalisation and liquidity.

Whispir CEO Jeromy Wells said, “Our inclusion in this important industry index is a reflection of the quality of our business and customer base, which has been built on strong recurring revenue streams. This recognition will further heighten the company’s profile in the investor community.

“Whispir has a great story to tell, with record new customer growth in the second half of 2020 providing momentum in the business. We are well-positioned for future growth and support long-term macro communications trends, such as process automation, digital customer engagement and broader digital transformation projects.

“The Australian technology sector as defined by the S&P/ASX All Technology Index, has a key role to play well beyond COVID-19, and our communications workflow platform is a key contributor, generating substantial value for our customers. For many, Whispir has become their competitive advantage as they respond to new market dynamics and pressures to reduce costs through automation.

“We are on track to deliver strong growth in FY21 and look forward to having that performance benchmarked against our industry peers.”
