Whispir’s (ASX: WSP) senior leadership team has bolstered its ranks with the recent formation and appointment of Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Kerry Boys has been appointed to develop and drive Whispir’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy, one of Whispir’s key focus pillars for 2021 and beyond.

Kerry brings more than 16 years’ international strategy experience to Whispir, including five years as a D&I facilitator and leadership consultant across multiple industries.

Kerry Boys says, “Whispir’s vision of a world where organisations communicate like people starts within our own walls. Creating the best possible workplace for our people requires a clear and strategic approach to inclusion.

At Whispir we focus on four key areas – we seek to build and foster a diverse and inclusive team through equitable hiring and personal development, expanding our culture of belonging, leading by example and maturing the Whispir platform to be inclusive and accessible to all.”

Whispir CEO Jeromy Wells said, “We have a clear vision for what is possible and we are committed as an organisation from the top down to make it happen. Kerry brings valuable experience to the organisation as we focus on executing our strategy to achieve greater diversity and inclusion.

We welcome the contribution Kerry will make as our Head of Diversity and Inclusion to the acceleration of our growth in the years to come as we evolve from being a communications workflow company to becoming a communications intelligence company.”
